Free users can upload up to 20 MB or 50 pages per file. Premium users can upload up to 300 MB or 300 pages per file for both translation and summarization. Image files are capped at 5 MB. For larger documents, split the file before uploading for optimal processing.
We provide free use quotas for insights/summarization for each user, and a limited number of pages/slides to preview translation results. All tools are available to both free and paid users. Subscriptions offer different file size limits, number of pages per file, and number of files to be processed. For all subscriptions, AI summarization and text translation are unlimited.
Linnk AI supports 50+ formats including PDF, Word (DOCX), PowerPoint (PPTX), Excel (XLSX, CSV), eBooks (EPUB, MOBI), subtitles (SRT), Markdown, LaTeX, HTML, JSON, plain text (TXT), and images (PNG, JPEG, JPG). Scanned documents, handwriting, and screenshots are read directly by our vision-language models — no separate OCR step. Web articles can be translated by URL.
Linnk's AI translates and answers across 150+ languages and regional dialects, preserving technical terminology, formatting, and context in academic and professional documents. You can also add your own custom language target if a niche variant or in-house standard isn't already covered. (Note: the Linnk interface itself is currently localized into 23 languages — translation/understanding capability is far broader than UI localization.)
Linnk runs on advanced large language models with vision — they read pages the way you do, including handwriting, stamps, scanned forms, and complex layouts. This is materially more accurate than traditional OCR pipelines and produces translations and understanding that respect the original document's structure and intent.
All uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. Files on the free tier are automatically deleted after 24 hours; paid plans support custom retention periods. We never share or use your documents for training our models.
